Indiana University Health Department of Rheumatology is seeking a Virtual Care or Telehealth Rheumatologist to join a new, first of its kind program, delivering care to our patients across Indiana. If you are experienced with Virtual Care or Telehealth, have a strong interest in helping build a new program, and have innovative thinking skills, this role is a perfect fit!

Employment Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Cerner electronic medical record with Teladoc platform (will transition to Epic & Epic Virtual Health in 2027)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of building a virtual Rheumatologist program; delivering inpatient and outpatient care, and guiding the development of protocols and guidelines
  • All patient care will be delivered virtually in collaboration with highly skilled clinicians
  • Confidently can apply clinical skills via telehealth

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Experienced with Virtual Care or Telehealth
  • Interested in graduating Fellows and practicing Physicians
  • *Must be able to obtain licensure in Indiana*
