Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem (ASB), a well-established private practice affiliated with St. Lukes University Health Network, is expanding to Grand View Hospital in the Philadelphia area. Were seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team in a position that offers exceptional compensation, a partnership track, and a strong clinical varietyall within a supportive, physician-led environment.


Position Highlights

  • Earn up to $590,000+ annually

    • $450,000 base salary (higher with voluntary calls)

    • $80,000 in additional call compensation (voluntary)

    • $70,000+ employer-funded 401(k) (maximum allowed by IRS)

    • $3,000 CME allowance

    • $1,650 employer-funded HRA account

  • Sign-On & Relocation

    • $50,000 sign-on bonus

    • $10,000 relocation assistance

  • Extra Perks

    • $500/month car allowance

    • $80/month cellphone stipend

    • 8 weeks paid vacation

    • 5 paid sick days

    • Full reimbursement for licensing and board fees

  • Partnership Opportunity

    • Eligible at 18 months

    • Full partnership at 2 years

    • Modest $2,500 buy-in


Practice Overview

ASB has over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality anesthesia care. Our group includes 77 physicians and 120 CRNAs, now expanding to support St. Lukes growing presence in the Philadelphia market with the addition of Grand View Hospital.

This is a rare opportunity to help build and shape anesthesia services at a newly integrated site while enjoying the benefits of a private-practice model within a robust health system.


Clinical Scope at Grand View Hospital

  • Broad case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, gynecology, and more

  • Opportunities for additional compensation through voluntary call coverage

  • Access to system-wide resources and support from St. Lukes University Health Network

  • Involvement in enhanced recovery protocols and surgical optimization initiatives


Call Schedule

  • First Call: Every 14 days

  • Second Call: Every 14 days

  • Post-call day off always provided

  • Voluntary call coverage available for additional income


Ideal Candidates

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Strong skills in regional anesthesia

  • Fellowship-trained physicians in cardiac, pediatric, or critical care are welcome but not required

  • New graduates and fellows are encouraged to apply
