Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in good standing
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience providing comprehensive women’s health care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to efficiently manage patient cases and prioritize care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Prior experience in a hospital or multidisciplinary clinic setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of clinical practice as an OB/GYN
• Previous experience covering 24-hour call shifts is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekend shifts
• Ability to travel if needed; reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses when applicable
• Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current
