Hospitalist Opportunity – Southeastern Wisconsin
An independent, community-focused healthcare system in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join a well-established Hospital Medicine team. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment, manageable patient volumes, and an exceptional quality of life in a welcoming community.
Position Highlights
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Approximately 13.3 shifts per month
- Flexible scheduling patterns designed to support work-life balance
- Opportunity to assist with night coverage as needed
- Average daily census of 8–15 patients per provider
- 4-bed open ICU managed by the Hospitalist team
- Procedures are optional based on provider comfort level
- Strong collegial support from experienced physicians and advanced practice providers
