Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
• Active Arizona medical license (IMLC only)
• Current certifications in ACLS and PALS
• Proven experience supporting various surgical procedures including ortho, neuro, spine, trauma, and ambulatory surgeries
• Ability to manage a high patient volume (50-60 per day)
• Proficiency with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMRs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments
• Familiarity with OB anesthesia support
• Experience managing complex cases or special procedures
• Bilingual capabilities a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience highly regarded

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
• Overtime and holiday pay eligibility (time-and-a-half)
• Credentialing completion within 30 days
• Willingness to support a variety of surgery types, including special procedures
