Physician - Emergency Medicine

Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a Medical Director to lead our premier practice at HCA Florida Lake City Hospital located in Lake City, Florida. Qualified candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with previous EM experience. Offering a significant sign on and relocation bonus in addition to a monthly leadership stipend. Leadership experience is required.
