The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock health system at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH is seeking a full-time Senior Bioinformatician to support a growing data analytics and bioinformatics initiative.In this role, you will be responsible for building programs using computational formulas to determine outcomes based on biological research and for building and maintaining data analytics pipelines for highly complex molecular and proteomic analyses. You may develop software, creating query routines and building relational databases. All candidates must be familiar with genomic testing, especially as it relates to oncology and inherited disorders. Experience with CLIA regulations and CAP guidelines is mandatory, specifically with regards to informatics and data/variant analysis. Experience in core programming languages including R and Python is essential with extensive expertise in population genomics and cancer genomics databases.
