Physician - Anesthesiology

Sanford Healths Department of Anesthesia is looking for board-certified MD's to join their team of 24 anesthesiologists and 80+ CRNAs in Fargo, ND. Generalists as well as those with fellowship training in Peds, Neuro, or Ortho are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION DETIALS:

• Annual compensation of $600,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)

PRACTICE DETAILS:

• Regions only Level I Trauma Center + Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
• The department provides anesthesia for approximately 28,000 cases per year at three hospitals
• All specialties are represented including acute pain service
• The anesthesia care team model is used for nearly all of our cases
• Strong relationships within department and surgical staff
• Academic appointment available through UND School of Medicine
