Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our Capitol Hill Campus team in Seattle, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while enjoying outstanding benefits and work-life balance.
Multispecialty Medical Center: On-site Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy.
Monday-Friday Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM with no weekend office hours.
Integrated Urgent Care: 24/7 access for patient needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $284,045 - $334,171 (prorated based on FTE), with new hires typically placed between $284,045 - $317,463 based on experience and training.
$75,000 Sign-on Bonus (prorated based on FTE).

Medical Degree (MD/DO) and Board Eligibility/Certification in Psychiatry.
Unrestricted Washington State Medical License & DEA License.
