Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ThedaCare at Work Onsite clinic in Appleton. 

Opportunity Details:

• Part-time: 0.5 FTE
• Clinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 7a-5:30p
• Location: TCAW Onsite- 3925 N. Gateway Dr, Appleton
• Provider would support the City of Appleton and Appleton Area School District as a primary care provider
• Clinic supports the employees and their families ages 12 months and older
• No weekends or holidays
• Patient Census: 5-12 patients a day

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with:

• 3-5 years of APC experience
• Previous primary care experience
• Comfort caring for the pediatric population
