Compensation and Benefits
- Unlimited earning potential, current physicians make between $450K-$900K
- Shareholder track, retirement, profit sharing and more
- Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment and other bonuses
- Up to 6 weeks of paid time off plus paid holidays
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $450,000 - $900,000.
