Why Detroit

Detroit is a city in the middle of a genuine resurgence a place where historic architecture, world-class museums, and a thriving arts and food scene coexist with an affordable cost of living that is rare in any major metro. Families are drawn to established suburban communities like Birmingham, Rochester Hills, and Grosse Pointe, each offering excellent schools and a strong sense of community. If you're looking for a city where your work has real impact and your dollar stretches further, Detroit delivers on both.
