Position Highlights:

• Established clinic with strong patient base and growth opportunities
• Pulmonary lung nodule clinic with onsite Hematology Oncology, Radiation Oncology, infusion center and Interventional Radiology
• Ion Endoluminal System for robotic bronchoscopy
• 30 bed Acuity Adaptable ICU
• 158 bed level III Trauma Center
• 80% Outpatient / 20% Inpatient
• Monday- Friday - call every 3^rd weekend
• Highly skilled Respiratory department along with inpatient and outpatient ACNP support
• Procedures include bronchoscopy, central lines, chest tubes, intubation
• Optional academic opportunity with on-site ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine

Compensation and Benefits:

• $450-500K guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years with added wRVU bonus structure
• $60,000 sign on bonus plus early signing/stipend and loan repayment options
• Paid relocation up to $10,000
• PTO 31 days and 5 days/$5000 for CME plus a comprehensive benefit program
• 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
• Board of Physicians works with Administration to provide clinical insight into decisions
