Physician - Internal Medicine

Sanford Health in Williston, ND is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice:

• Visiting specialties include: Sports Medicine and Pediatrics

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
  • Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
