Kernodle Clinic is Duke Healths flagship community-based, multi-specialty practice in the western market. We are recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our established Burlington-based outpatient practice serving Alamance County, North Carolina.
Kernodle Clinic is Dukes largest community-based multi-specialty practice, with approximately 60 physicians and 46 advanced practice providers across 15 medical and surgical specialties, supported by a 75,000-square-foot main office, walk-in clinic, and multiple specialty satellite services.

Compensation & Benefits
Kernodle Clinic offers a robust compensation plan that rewards clinical productivity. Duke contributes 9% of base salary to the selected retirement plan, with excellent benefits, relocation support, and college tuition assistance for dependent children.
