Physician - Gynecological Oncology

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to join our high-volume, well-established Womens Health and Roger Maris Surgical Oncology programs in Fargo, North Dakota. This position offers exceptional collegial support, a collaborative multi-site Womens Health network, and the ability to build a robust practice within a comprehensive,
team-based oncology program.
Join a deeply supportive care team including 13 Ob/Gyns, genetic counselors, CNMs, psychologists, and nurse navigators guiding patients from diagnosis through survivorship.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with experienced Surgical Oncology colleagues.
Engage in clinical research through GOG, supported by a strong clinical trial portfolio within the Roger Maris Cancer Center.
Access a well-established robotic surgery program with advanced technology and OR support.

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Annual compensation of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
