Physician - Urology

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a high-performing, patient-centered private practice in the rapidly growing West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. With a strong referral network, robust surgical volume, and comprehensive support services, this is an exceptional opportunity to step into a well-balanced, high-impact role.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Practice Mix:
• 60% Outpatient
• 30% Inpatient
• 10% Rounding
• Call: 1:4 shared rotation
• Patient Volume:
• ~40 patients per clinic day
• 8-10 surgical procedures per week
• Technology:
• Access to Da Vinci Robotic Surgery system

Whether you're experienced in robotic procedures or interested in expanding your skills, you'll have the tools and team in place to deliver advanced, efficient care.

What Were Looking For

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Passionate about patient-centered care with a strong team mentality
