- 1.0 FTE- Monday through Friday- 8a-5p
- Locations: 75% at Holy Family Memorial Center in Manitowoc and 25% in Sheboygan on Taylor Drive
- 75-80% in OR (anticipated high volume of procedures)
- Team consists of 1 physician and 2 APC's
- Call- 1:3
