- Full-time outpatient practice for Adult PM&R: 4.5 day work week, no call, weekends, or holidays
- Practice includes ultrasound guided injections, spasticity management (Botox), and EMGs
- Care of patients following amputation
- Work collaboratively with Neurology and Orthopedics

- Experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists
- Support from Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic, Social Work, Psychology, and alternative medicine.
- Opportunity to teach residents
Qualifications
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in PM & R
- Support from CentraCare to obtain EMG certification
