Bayhealth Medical Group seeking neonatologists to join a newly employed group in Kent County and Sussex County, Delaware.
We Offer:
- 24/7 in-house coverage with flexible 12 to 24-hour shifts.
- Support from full-time Peds Hospitalist and full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
- Access to a well-established Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program, including genetic counseling services.
- Opportunities to work in a Level II and Level I campus with OB/ED and OB/OR suites.
- Sussex Campus is Level I -Well baby stabilize and transfer services. Kent Campus is Level II.
- Full-time lactation services available to support breastfeeding families at both hospitals.
- A team of experienced and stable OB hospitalists and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
