Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Inspira Medical Group is seeking an experienced primary care nurse practitioner for a hybrid role as a Clinician and Inboxologist.

This position is designed for a Nurse Practitioner who has strong clinical skills and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

• 3+ years experience in primary care
• Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Primary Care Role:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and counseling
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive care
• Educate patients on health conditions and disease prevention

Inboxologist Role:

• Respond to patient messages promptly and empathetically
• Organize and prioritize a high volume of patient communications
• Work closely with healthcare team for seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR
• Utilize clinical expertise for patient triage and management
