• Outpatient-Only Primary Care
• Accepting Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates (MD/DO)
• Clinic Hours:
  Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Average Daily Volume: 15-18 patients
• Team Structure: 2 Physicians + 1 NP | 5 Support Staff
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (cloud-based)
• Start Date: July 1, 2025
• Experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
