Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to deliver at both local hospital and new birth center.
- Join and collaborate with a collegial, well-respected team including 2 Midwives, 5 OB/GYNs, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, and Childbirth Educators.
- Practice in the new birth center coming Fall 2025 that offers women a home-like, low intervention, personalized and natural birth environment.
- Projecting 6 deliveries per month on average at birthing center.
- Midwives will work 1:1 ratio with birthing assistants.
- Inpatients cases and deliveries performed at Blessing Hospital.
- Epic EHR.

- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $120,000 - $160,000.

Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in midwifery
