- Exceptional Earning Potential:
- Competitive salary based on experience & duties:
- Range of approximately $220,000 to approximately $280,000
- Includes Location Differential at Schuylkill of $17,500 for full time work at this site
- In addition, performance-based incentive eligibility
- Additional bonuses available for service time equal to an additional ~20% of annual salary
- Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan along with a maximum retention bonus of $20,000
- Extra payment also available for excess coverage
- Total earning potential above the 90th percentile in many cases

Qualifications
- A network champion for Anesthesia and a passion for the clinical work
- Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia with certification by the National Board of Certification and/or Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- PALS Certification
