Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Family Medicine clinic in Oshkosh and Neenah, WI.

• Full time is a 4 day work week schedule
• 100% clinic
• No Call
• See 16-20 patients per day.
• Campus has all ancillary services, emergency department, OB and inpatient
• EPIC EMR utilized throughout the organization

Responsibilities:

• Manages their own panel of patients (defined as a panel of more than 500)
• Jointly manages a shared panel with a part-time physician
• Practices independently at least 50% of the time each week

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Prior experience as an NP or PA is preferred
