Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

Position Highlights:

• Perform physical exams, record medical histories, and create patient care plans
• Contribute to existing care plans and analyze diagnostic tests
• Work with EMR Epic for seamless record-keeping

Practice Details:

• Primary location in Potsdam with potential outreach to surrounding facilities
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 4pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $200,000
• $5,000 signing bonus and $7,500 relocation assistance
• $1,000 for licensing & dues, $2,000 for CME's
