RWJBarnabas Health, the largest and most comprehensive integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is actively seeking an experienced, board-certified Occupational Medicine physician to lead our Occupational Health and Employee Health Services as the Senior Medical Director in Lakewood, NJ, home to our Ocean County Hub.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience)
  • MRO, DOT, and IME certification highly preferred - support will be provided to achieve within designated time frame if not already held
  • Leadership experience in an occupational health or employee health setting
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers Compensation guidelines
  • NJ medical license or eligibility

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $215,000 to 340,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
