About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide medical care for patients while they receive care in our new inpatient psychiatric unit at Alta View Hospital. Psychiatric treatment will be provided by our dedicated physicians and psychiatric APPs.

What youll bring:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience
  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
    • Physician Assistant must have enough hours to work independently
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement)
  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)
