• Average patient volume of 25 patients per day 

• 1 office location 

• In-office services such as Sonography, Lab Testing, and HRT  

• OB/GYN mix: 60/40 

• Call schedule: 1:6 

Team includes:  

• 4 OB/GYN Physicians 

• 3 Advanced Practice Providers 

• 1 Certified Nurse Midwives
