General Summary:
The APP, under the supervision of Physicians, is responsible for:
- Performs physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric patients.
- Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.
- Independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Monitors the patient’s course of treatment and makes appropriate referral to either a physician or specialist, as needed
- Collaborates with providers and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff
- Combination of outpatient in person visits as well as virtual visits
- Displays a caring and professional attitude at all time as well as maintaining personal and professional growth
Schedule Details:
- Primary Schedule: Full-time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
- Primary Location: The Village – Middleton (Practice to compete construction in 2026
- Tentative Start Date of Q1 2026
- Opportunity to pick up additional hours when needed at other locations across Central Florida

Education and Experience Required:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Minimum of 5 years pediatric experience
Licensure, Certification, and Registration Required:
- Current, valid Florida APRN or PA-C license
- ANCC, AANP, PNP-PC/AC, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
- Current BLS required
