Advanced Urology Institute (AUI), Floridas top physician-led urology group, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join our high-performing team in Largo, FL in 2026. This opportunity arises from the planned retirement of a long-standing physician and the continued growth in patient demand. What Youll Do:
Deliver general urologic care, with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests (reconstructive experience welcome but not required)
Practice at a busy, well-established clinic in Largo
Perform surgeries and procedures with strong APP support
Share a 1:6 call schedule, designed for a healthy work-life balance
See 25-35 patients per full clinic day with optimized clinic flow and support staff
