Physician - Maternal & Fetal Medicine

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a well-supported, collaborative MFM team in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice consultative MFM within a growing Womens Health program supported by strong partnerships,
advanced technology, and a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists.

Join a dedicated team of 2 Board-Certified MFM physicians, 3 experienced APPs, and 2-3 genetic
counselors
Consult-only practice with shared telephone call
Collaborative management of the inpatient Antepartum Service alongside Ob/Gyn partners
No deliveries required
Work with 13 Ob/Gyn colleagues in a strong, collegial environment
New, state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery Unit
High-risk obstetrics supported by a Level IV NICU
Robust pediatric subspecialty availability, including 3 Pediatric Surgeons and 1 Pediatric Neurosurgeon
Close partnership with REI colleagues and a thriving
IVF program
Opportunities to participate in regional outreach and expanded program development

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Annual compensation of $588,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
