About the Opportunity
AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our inpatient Gastroenterology team in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida.
Youll work directly with a team of respected gastroenterologists and hospitalists across two state-of-the-art campuses, delivering high-quality inpatient GI care to a diverse and growing patient population. This is a great opportunity for an APP who thrives in a hospital environment and enjoys team-based care with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and work-life balance.
What Youll Do:
- Provide inpatient care and consultations for GI patients at both AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway and AdventHealth Palm Coast
- Collaborate with GI physicians, hospitalists, and nursing teams
- Perform comprehensive assessments, manage acute GI conditions, and coordinate care
- Participate in daily rounding, discharge planning, and transitions of care
- Serve as a key clinical liaison within the inpatient GI service line
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For:
- Board-certified PA-C or APRN (FNP or AGNP)
- Active or eligible Florida license
- Prior inpatient experience preferred (GI or hospitalist exposure a plus!)
- Strong clinical acumen, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-player mentality with a patient-first mindset
- Confident working autonomously in a hospital-based setting
