Physician - Hospice & Palliative Medicine

• The Lexington, KY VA Healthcare System (LVAHCS) seeks a highly motivated physician to join our Geriatric Extended Care service as a float Physician.
• Physician would serve as a float between three different services: Hospice/Palliative Care, Community Living Center, and Home-Based Primary Care filling gaps in service as needed.
• Must be BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine. Preferred: BE/BC Geriatrics or Palliative Medicine. Highly qualified candidates will be BC Geriatrics or Palliative Medicine and have 2+ years of experience.
• Enjoy excellent work-life balance with set Monday-Friday schedule (7:30am-4pm), no weekends, and no on-call time.
