Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for urgent care services across two urgent care locations
- Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and patient safety in alignment with CommUnityCare's mission
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team including physicians, and APPs
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and patient satisfaction scores to drive improvement initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between medical staff and executive leadership, advocating for both patient care and provider needs
Position Profile:
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Annual patient volume: 22,000
- Average daily visits: 60
- Double coverage model with Physician and Advanced Practice Provider
