Position Overview:
Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: The Villages, FL
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, No weekends or nights
Patient Volume: 1215 patients per day
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Compensation: Up to $300,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Bonuses: Earn up to $100,000+ annually in performance-based incentives
Care Model: Value-based care focused on prevention and long-term outcomes
Workload: Designed for quality over quantity more time with each patient
