CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson, North Dakota, is excited to welcome a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to our growing womens health team. This is a replacement position with immediate patient demand - the perfect chance to step into a busy practice while helping shape the future of OB/GYN services in western North Dakota.

With over 600 babies delivered annually, excellent surgical support, and a strong referral base from our on-campus primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, and surgery teams, this is an outstanding opportunity for an OB/GYN who values community, continuity of care, and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Competitive Base Salary: $381,910

• Productivity Incentive: wRVU threshold 6,925; Conversion Factor $55.15

• Forgivable Loan Program: Generous 3-year commitment incentive

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000

• CME Allowance: $3500 for single boarded; $5000 for double boarded physicians

• Paid Time Off: 40 days (320 hours) per year
