Envision is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, located on Florida's spectacular Emerald Coast.
This is a NO-CALL position consisting of half the weekends and half the holidays annually (26 weekends and 3 holidays) plus 10 weekday shifts per month. Opportunity Details:

Schedule also includes ten 12-hour weekday shifts per month
$100,000 Start Date Bonus

Practice Details:
Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists & 25 CRNAs
12 operating rooms with a broad, engaging case mix
Diverse cases including: Vascular, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, ENT, GYN, OB (non-high risk), Cardiothoracic (Hearts & Valves), Thoracic, Robotic, Plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab, Bronch Lab, Healthy Peds, and more
