Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join a dynamic team at an acute/academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. This role involves operating a mobile mammography van, providing essential screening and diagnostic services to patients across the region.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree (AAS) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
- Licensure: NYS License/Registration (or eligibility) and ARRT Certification in Mammography required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of progressive technical experience in mammography.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mammography imaging and mobile unit operations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
- Current CPR certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality mammography screenings and diagnostic procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment on the mobile mammography van.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to protocols.
- Travel to multiple locations within NY as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
