United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an excellent Family Medicine physician for a clinic on the campus of a critical-access hospital, on the western edge of the Catskills, in beautiful Walton and New York.
This traditional inpatient/outpatient practice is set in a friendly town where your patients are your neighbors. A strong sense of community is fostered and treasured. The primary care practice consists of family medicine physicians, advance practice providers and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Multiple outpatient specialties available on-site. The practice is located adjacent to the hospital a 25-bed medical and short-term rehab unit, with a 24/7 Emergency Department. Ancillary services available on site-include: lab, cardiopulmonary and imaging services. Both inpatient and outpatient PT, OT, speech, cardiac and pulmonary rehab. On-site outpatient pharmacy.
Call: One week approximately every two months for the primary care practice only. Competitive salary guaranteed and full benefits, CME stipend, vacation and paid occurrence-based malpractice.
Salary Range: $263,527 - $329,500 annually plus quality and productivity incentive.
