Deaconess Health System, the regions largest and most integrated healthcare network, is actively recruiting a full-time Bariatric Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary weight loss team in Evansville, Indiana, and provide outreach support to surrounding communities. What Youll Do:

  • Partner closely with a dedicated bariatric team in Evansville, including a bariatrician, surgeon, PA, dietitians, nurses, exercise specialists, and more.
  • Deliver high-quality care for patients pursuing medical weight loss and surgical bariatric solutions.
  • Provide support and build services at outlying Deaconess hospitals (2-3 days/week), expanding access to comprehensive bariatric care in rural communities.
  • Work primarily in an outpatient clinic setting with flexible scheduling.
  • Participate in research, teaching, and leadership opportunities if desired.

What Youll Get:

  • Guaranteed first-year salary of $210,000, plus productivity and quality bonuseswith long-term earning potential that reflects your success.
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours/week; clinical workweek is considered 36 hours).

Your primary base will be at our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic in Newburgh, Indiana, a charming riverfront community in the Evansville metropolitan area. Newburgh blends small-town warmth with easy access to Evansvilles urban amenities.
