Shift description below:Dates: November 27–30 2025Schedule: 24-hour call 0700–0700Setting: Hospital-basedAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-2Documentation System/EMR: CernerNumber of Operating Rooms: 3Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 2Patient Age Demographic Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric: All AgesBoard Certification Required? YesWill you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? NoCertification Requirement: ACLSProcedures Required: General surgical cases including adult trauma and pediatric.Facility will reimburse for: Mileage at the IRS standard rate rental car hotel and flight.Rates to submit:Malpractice - included in ratesOrientation rate - per hour of training/orientation24 hours on call/holiday 24 hour on callCall back/Holiday call back - per hour of patient contact hours/1.5xConversion fee
