Job Highlights
Heart Care Centers of Illinois sees over 100,000 patients annually, offers in-office diagnostic testing and a full line of complex outpatient Arterial and Venous interventions in our outpatient Vascular Lab. Advanced services include the following clinics: Heart Transplant/Artificial Heart, TAVR, Advanced CHF, Pulmonary Hypertension, Venous Insufficiency, Severe Hypertension, and Lipids.

  • Full-time Electrophysiologist will split time between Hospital based lab, Ambulatory Surgery Center and Clinic. 2-3 Procedures expected on lab days.
  • Collegial work environment that consists of 31 Cardiologists (16 IC, 5 EP, 2 HF, 8 NI), 8 APPs and over 200 support staff members.
  • EP services include, but not limited to:
    • Pacemakers
    • Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators
    • Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy
    • Remote Monitoring
    • EP Studies
    • Ablations
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • General Cardiology Call responsibilities shared with 15 other physicians.
  • Position will offer a base salary with additional bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

  • B/C in Cardiovascular Medicine and B/C or B/E in Electrophysiology
  • Completion of a US Accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology program
  • Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
  • We welcome applications from both in practice Electrophysiologists and those who will be graduating from fellowship in 2026 and 2027.?
