Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our walk in clinic team as the leader of the section.
Specifics of The Role
Full time Leadership Role in our Walk-in Clinics consisting of 0.5 FTE clinical work and 0.5 FTE administrative work.
- Clinical work comprises an average of 1.5 12-hour shifts per week
- Administrative work comprises working as a Dyad partner with the Administrative Director of our Walk-in Clinics and includes the following:
- Provider oversight
- Oversight of APP Collaboration, Education, Process Improvement, and Strategic Direction in our Walk-in Clinics
- Strong emphasis on team building and strengthening rapport among the providers and staff in our clinics
The Practice
- Average patient volume of 35 patients per shift
- 11 clinic locations throughout Northeast Indiana
- Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC
- Staff ratios to optimize clinic efficiency and enhance joy of medical practice
- Minimal in-basket management
- Work 1 major holiday per year
