Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in Southington, CT. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based SNF care.
- Role: Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility rounding
- Location: Southington, CT
Schedule: Per Diem, flexible weekdays, ideally 4+ shifts per month

Requirements:
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
Preferred:
- BC/BE Geriatrics
