Physician - Family Medicine

We are seeking a versatile and committed physician to join our close-knit medical team. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities across outpatient clinic, inpatient care, ER coverage, and senior services all within a community-focused setting. Benefits:

• $25,000 to $30,000 sign on bonus
• Eligible KMSL, OMS, and Kansas Bridging Plan (KBP) site
• Salary range $250,000 to $350,000
• Opportunity for resident stipend (will consider medical student stipend for right candidate committed to FM or MED PEDS).

Key responsibilities/Schedule:

• Provide Emergency Room medical care with an average of 2 patients per day.
• Manage inpatient care with an average daily census of 2 patients.
• Attend to approximately 6 patients per day in our outpatient clinic.
• Provide compassionate, personable care to residents in our associated senior living facility.
• On-call requirements are highly flexible, with options ranging from 1 week per month up to 3 weeks per month, based on preference and coordination with team.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from accredited School of Medicine
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Kansas
