Were seeking a passionate and driven full-time (0.8 FTE) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Workplace Health team in West Michigan! This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Trinity Health West Michigan offers a comprehensive Workplace Health/Occupational Medicine program dedicated to the health and safety of workers and workplaces. We tailor our services to the individual needs of your business and employees
- Our services include ancillary services, drug testing, employer services, injury prevention and worksite education and physical exam services
- APP will provide float coverage to our Workplace Health offices located in Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Ludington (occasionally) as well as our Direct-to-Employer (DTE) sites; Lacks Employee Health facility in Kentwood, Millerknoll clinic in Spring Lake and Peterson Farms in Shelby
- Will join a close-knit medical team with support staff and strong medical leadership
- APP will have 1 day off/week and will be notified of the schedule a month in advance
- Mileage reimbursement offered

Requirements
- 3 years of APP experience
- DOT certified either before or shortly after employment
- APPs: Board-certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
