Wake Forest Emergency Providers, affiliated with Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest School of Medicine, delivers high-quality emergency care across Hospital Emergency Departments and Free-Standing Emergency Departments throughout the Greater Charlotte Market and Central and Northwest North Carolina. HIGHLIGHTS

• 9-bed ED, single coverage, ~11k annual volume (20–40 pts/day)
• 25 inpatient beds, including a 6 bed ICU
• 12-hour shifts (6a–6p / 6p–6a)
• Experienced nurses & techs, great ratios
• Full-time hospitalist support (day onsite, night telemedicine)
• Supportive administration & strong consultant relationships
• Low-stress environment with short wait times and appreciative patients
• EPIC EMR
• DAX AI scribe with note writing capabilities

TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Emergency Medicine Board Certified / Board Eligible (ABEM)
• North Carolina Medical License (or eligibility)
