Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner, to join our midwifery practice at the Women s Center located at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. The APP will work alongside our experienced team of providers to develop the women s health program by delivering high quality well-women care, prenatal care, labor and deliveries, and postpartum care to our patients.

• Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in delivering direct patient care and the ability to assess OBGYN patients
• Must have strong interpersonal skills for communication with patients, families, medical personnel and other members of the health care team

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
