Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BC/BE Hem/Onc Physician to join us in Waco, TX
BSW McClinton Cancer Center, 150 Hillcrest Medical Blvd. Waco, TX 76712.
Position Highlights:
Support Staff: Join a team of 4 other physicians at a dedicated cancer center. Along with support from Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Navigators, Nurse Coordinators, Clerical and scheduling staff.
Patient census: 15-20 Patients Daily.
Office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Convenience of: On-site lab, pharmacy, and infusion center. On-site Radiation Oncology.
Referral base: primary care network, surgeons, and inpatient from connecting hospital.
Opportunities for: clinical trials.Academic affiliation of Baylor College of Medicine - Temple.
Tools: EMR - EPIC AND BEACON.DAX - AI Ambient Listening - improves clinical workflows and patient experience.

Hillcrest:
The Hillcrest hospital serves Waco and surrounding Central Texas communities with 260 general acute care hospital beds, the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the area, a Level III maternal care center and the lead trauma facility for a five-county region. The facility has achieved Magnet recognition and is the only CARF-certified inpatient rehabilitation facility in Waco.
